The work is easier to understand as a sequence: context first, then product decisions, then user flow and visual direction.

Context

  • Siklia needed more than a marketing page: it required legal and support pages that meet app-store expectations.
  • The public site had to be simple, trustworthy, and easy to update.

  • I organized the site around the documents users and reviewers most often need.
  • The content structure keeps support, terms, privacy, deletion, and disclaimer surfaces directly accessible.

  • Soft neutral colors, centered document cards, and clear hierarchy make the support center feel calm and official.
